Hi, there — I'm Silas!

I’m the middle child of seven, which probably explains a lot. Growing up in a house that busy, you either get lost in the noise or you learn to make things work. I chose the latter. I was always the one in the background keeping things running, translating between people, filling in the gaps, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. I didn’t know it then, but that instinct would become the foundation of everything I do professionally.

I studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering, a field built entirely on systems, logic, and making things work together efficiently. I didn’t stay on that path, but the thinking never left me.

The real spark came from something small. A friend of mine, a social media manager — sold me a Notion content calendar template. I bought it mostly out of curiosity. But the moment I started using it, something clicked.

Here was a tool that could do exactly what I’d always tried to do manually bring scattered information into one place, make it flow, make it make sense. I went from curious user to obsessed builder almost overnight.

I started building systems for myself. Then for friends. Then for paying clients. Each project sharpened how I think about operations, what slows businesses down, where information gets lost, how decisions stall when nobody has visibility.

Over the last two years, I’ve built custom Notion workspaces for 20+ solopreneurs and service businesses, from jewelry brands and web agencies to architecture firms and video production companies, helping founders stop firefighting and start operating with real clarity.

Along the way I earned my Notion Essentials Badge and became a Notion Ambassador, not just as credentials, but as markers of a journey I take seriously.
But the part I’m most proud of isn’t on a certificate.
